We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within the UK.

Shipping Times: Within 2 - 3 days

Personalised pieces can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch for UK delivery.

If you are in London, UK, orders over £25,000/€25,000 will be hand-delivered to London postcodes WC, EC, W1, E1, SW1, SE1, N1, and NW1.

European Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to Europe on orders over €1000.

Personalised pieces can take up to 3 weeks to dispatch for EU delivery.

On orders under €1000, deliveries to Europe cost €25.

Shipping Times: Within 3 - 5 days

Orders shipped to Europe are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) when paying in €.

United States Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to United States on orders over $1000.

Personalised pieces can take up to 3 weeks to dispatch for EU delivery.

On orders under $1000, deliveries to United States cost $25.

Shipping Times: Within 3 - 5 days

Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary international delivery on orders over £1000.

On orders under £1000, international deliveries cost £35.

Personalised pieces such as The Last Straw can take up to 4 weeks to dispatch for US delivery.

Duties & Taxes

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order for orders delivered to the United Kingdom, Europe (when paying in euros) or United States, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.

For deliveries to countries outside of those listed above, the price you pay on Stephen Webster will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our courier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP (Delivery At Place) order.

For all orders you assume all risk of confiscation en-route. If customs should confiscate or return the merchandise to us, you are still responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping charges.

Insurance

Your Stephen Webster jewellery will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a discreet plain brown box.

Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

 


RETURNS

General Info

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your goods, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All items must have the security label attached, must not have been worn and in the original condition and packaging.

UK & US - We are pleased to offer a free returns service. Simply email us at returns@stephenwebster.com and we will take care of this for you.

We can either arrange a collection for the item/s to be picked up from your address. Or we can send you a pre-paid DHL return label so you can drop off the package to your nearest DHL Service Point.

EU & INT - Return your item to the below address. We recommend sending your return on a tracked service. Then email us at returns@stephenwebster.com to notify us of your return and tracking number.

Resize Guarantee

If you order a ring and it's not quite the right size, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and our in-house workshop can provide complimentary ring resizing.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:
• Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification. Please note this does not include made to order items which have had no customisation or items which have been re-sized.
• Pierced earrings
• Any other items designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please let us know what size you would like when emailing us.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We are only able to exchange faulty items for the same item subject to availability. To return a faulty item, please follow the steps above.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of returned items. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. Returns must be returned in one shipment, any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges.

Stephen Webster will not accept returns of any items that have been worn and/or labels removed. Upon receipt of your order, if any item is without tags, you must notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if you wish to return it. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them using our specified method of delivery.
