SUMMARY
As Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all Retail and Wholesale activations maximizing ROI, building brand presence globally and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Acting as a custodian for the brand you will ensure through guidelines, expertise and relationship management our authentic personality, tone of voice and creative content is delivered aptly and consistently across all platforms online and offline, providing a memorable and enticing brand experience.
You will support with the activation and implementation of the marketing strategy and execution of campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing, overseeing campaign usages, ensuring the brand guidelines are adhered to at all times.
You will work closely with the retail and wholesale teams to support where necessary with brand material, artwork, visual merchandising guidelines and props that will drive awareness and sales for the brand. You will manage artwork creation and installations for the brand, as well as project manage the way the brand is brought to life in the retail spaces and brand events.
You will take a pro-active approach; continuously reviewing competitor activity within the marketplace and be a creative thinker; delivering new strategic marketing ideas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Head of Marketing on the strategy & execution of global activations across the following touch points, retail, wholesale, POS, packaging, and brand events.
- Identify and manage requirements for retail and wholesale teams to drive awareness and sales for the brand.
- To report ROI and effectiveness of any managed marketing activity.
- Optimise Omnichannel through ensuring the consumer journey and experience is well thought through, connected and positive across both our own retail and wholesale accounts including wholesale online stores.
- Management of VM props and packaging including the sourcing for new collection launches and seasonal activity.
- Project management of shop-in-shop store fits and external trade shows.
- Managing the artwork creation process in relation to wholesale and retail, ensuring the brand guidelines are always adhered to.
- Management of Graphic Designer, overseeing art direction and supporting with their personal development.
- Working closely with internal teams including Design, Retail, Wholesale, Operations, Merchandising, Production, Logistics and Senior Management, to effectively plan marketing activity in line with the wider business objectives. Ensuring communication between these functions is consistent.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Marketing function.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the luxury goods and ideally jewellery sector.
Skills
- Must be an expert level in Adobe InDesign.
- Strong creative outlook and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills, with proven experience of working to deadlines.
