To receive this service, simply:

1. Proceed To Checkout:

Choose your selected item(s) and add to your basket. Proceed to checkout and enter your chosen delivery address in London (the TOSHI service is available within Zones 1-3).

2. Book Delivery Time:

Select your half an hour window time slot for delivery. A specialist will hand deliver the item(s) on the same day or a date of your choice.

3. Additional Service:

-Not sure what size is best, or in need of some inspiration? You can now opt for the additional complimentary services:

-Alternative Size.

-You can select additional sizes for the specialist to bring with your order (subject to availability). They will wait, whilst you decide.


-Want more ideas? Our TOSHI specialists can present two additional items for you to view before purchasing. Payments will be processed directly at the door.

-Wait as you try.

-Need more time? The assistant can stay as long as you need, for you to decide on your chosen item(s).

4. Confirmation:

After you have successfully completed checkout, you will receive an email confirming your appointment. There will be a link to create an account where you can manage your appointments directly.

5. On The Day:

The specialist will arrive at your selected location with your item(s). They are able to stay as long as you need, provide you with additional services and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

6. After Care:

If you would like to make a return, the specialist can take care of this either on the day or be booked to come back another day via your TOSHI account. To return your item(s) delivered with TOSHI:

-Please create your TOSHI account following the link in your email. Log on to your TOSHI account and select a half an hour window for pick up.

-Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.

-Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time.
