UK customers can either pop into our flagship boutique at Burlington Arcade, where our experts will be on hand to take you through the process.

Service times will be estimated once we receive the item back at our HQ based in the UK.

Repairs
Should your Stephen Webster jewellery ever require a repair, rest assured, you have access to the support and expertise of our finest craftsmen.
Quotes are priced on a case by case basis and confirmed once our team has taken a look at the item.
In some cases, we may need to examine the jewellery in person before providing a quote.
If you purchased your item in the past 12 months, any repair costs are covered by warranty.
Cleaning, Polishing & Plating
We want you to continue enjoying your Stephen Webster pieces for years to come. Should your item ever require a professional clean / polish, you can trust our specialists to restore it to it's original state, so it maintains its beauty and longevity.
Whether your item is made of Gold or Silver, prices start at £100.
Stone Resetting & Replacement
We offer stone resetting & replacement services for a variety of precious and semi-precious stones, in various shades.
Whether you have lost a diamond, had a stone fall from your engagement ring, or need a replacement due to general wear and tear, our skilled team can replace existing stones by matching and grading them based on carat weight, colour, and clarity.
Prices start at £150 for both Gold and Silver.
Resizing
Should you need to resize or alter a SW ring, our in-house workshop can adjust the ring size to ensure it's the perfect size.

If you've purchased your ring within the last 30 days and it's not quite the right size, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we can provide complimentary ring resizing by one size up or down.
*Unfortunately we are unable to resize sterling silver rings.
