Stephen Webster is committed to sustainable practices and ethical sourcing, with the belief that fine jewellery should not only be impeccably crafted but also stand for something.
Our collections are crafted with recycled gold and silver, offering Fairtrade Gold and Single Mined Gold by request for bespoke commissions, with diamonds certified by the Kimberley Process Certificate Scheme.
Crystal Haze
Crystal Haze is doublet technique developed and refined by Stephen Webster, whereby two stones are layered and bonded together. The top layer is a heavily faceted natural clear Quartz, acting as a magnifying lens to enhance the colour of the underlying opaque precious stone.
The facets on the Quartz allows light to enter at hundreds of different angles, producing a holographic ‘haze’ of colour that moves as the jewellery is worn.
