Authenticity & Warranty

We can issue you with a document certifying the authenticity of your Stephen Webster fine jewellery. This entails all the information necessary for insurance purposes. These will be issued upon request.

Stephen Webster guarantees a warranty period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for current branded products only.

Orders

Stephen Webster ships all EU & US orders DDP, meaning that we cover the cost of duty and you do not have to pay any additional amount on delivery.

International orders (outside of the US & EU) we ship DAP. In this case you will be liable to cover any additional duty upon delivery of your order. For more information regarding what the charge will be, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as payments made using either Klarna or PayPal.

Both PayPal and Klarna offer a number of split payment solutions which customers can use on applicable transactions.

In addition to this, we also offer a 50/50 payment service on all made-to-order purchases over £10,000 in value.

This service allows you to conveniently split your payment in half, paying 50% of the value of your purchase upfront and the remaining 50% of the balance prior to dispatch once we have finished crafting your piece.

To take advantage of this service, please contact our customer service team at online@stephenwebster.com who will be able to assist in the processing of your transaction.

All transactions on our website are processed using either Shopify Payments, PayPal or Klarna. All three have secure online payment gateways and follow the latest industry guidelines.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we have any reason to believe it may be fraudulent or an attempted fraud.

Due to the valuable nature of our pieces, card providers may sometimes automatically decline transactions for your protection, or we may have to contact you directly to confirm the purchase.

Refunds & Returns

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you can return any item/s within 30 days of delivery. Please note that any item returned must be in an undamaged condition. To make a return please contact our customer support team at returns@stephenwebster.com and we will be able to provide any assistance required.

Should a Stephen Webster piece that you own become damaged, we would be happy to offer a repair.

Please contact our customer service team with details of the piece and the damage that has occurred and we can arrange a collection and repair free of charge (if the piece is still under warranty) or send a quote for the repair work should your warranty have expired.
